SCRIPTORIAL TEXT

GENESIS 28:12-22, BACKGROUND TEXT TO SHOW CONNECTION

  1. And he dreamed that there was a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it (Genesis 28:12 AMP)
  2. And behold, the Lord stood over and beside him and said, I am the Lord, the God of Abraham your father [forefather] and the God of Isaac; I will give to you and to your descendants the land on which you are lying. (Genesis 28:13 AMP)
  3. And your offspring shall be as [countless as] the dust or sand of the ground, and you shall spread abroad to the west and the east and the north and the south; and by you and your Offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed and bless themselves. (Genesis 28:14 AMP)
  4. And behold, I am with you and will keep (watch over you with care, take notice of) you wherever you may go, and I will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done all of which I have told you. (Genesis 28:15 AMP)
  5. And Jacob awoke from his sleep and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place and I did not know it. (Genesis 28:16 AMP)
  6. He was afraid and said, How to be feared and reverenced is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gateway to heaven! (Genesis 28:17 AMP)
  7. And Jacob rose early in the morning and took the stone he had put under his head, and he set it up for a pillar (a monument to the vision in his dream), and he poured oil on its top [in dedication]. (Genesis 28:18 AMP)
  8. And he named that place Bethel [the house of God]; but the name of that city was Luz at first. (Genesis 28:19 AMP)
  9. Then Jacob made a vow, saying, If God will be with me and will keep me in this way that I go and will give me food to eat and clothing to wear; (Genesis 28:20 AMP)
  10. So that I may come again to my father’s house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God; (Genesis 28:21 AMP)
  11. And this stone which I have set up as a pillar (monument) shall be God’s house [a sacred place to me], and of all [the increase of possessions] that You give me I will give the tenth to You. (Genesis 28:22 AMP)

THOUGHT

WE THANK GOD FOR ALL HE HAS DONE AND CONTINUING TO MANIFEST IN YOUR LIVES. GOD THIS WEEK HAS BROUGHT US INTO A NEW ERA OF SEEING HOW OUR RELATIONSHIP MUST BE INTENSIFIED, AND OUR FAITH MUST BE UNSHAKEABLE, AND WE MUST KEEP OUR TEAM UNIFIED FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF LIVING AND MINISTRY. OUR PURPOSE WILL BEGIN TO EXCELLERATE IN THE COMING WEEKS, MONTHS. WE MUST EXPECT GOD’S PURPOSE FOR YOU TO SHIFT INTO YOUR DESTINY.

THE PLACE WHERE GOD CONFIRMS YOUR PURPOSE SHOULD BE MEMORIZED.

  1. THE MOMENT GOD STOOD OVER YOU AND PROPHESIED
  2. THE COURSE OF LIFE AS YOU KNEW IT CHANGED
  3. REMEMBER YOUR BEGINNING, STARTING POINT

UNDERSTANDING THE DECLARED PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE.

  3. NEW GENERATIONS /NATIONS BRINGS CHANGE

THE ABILITY TO CONNECT THE LADDERS FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH.

  2. OPEN VISION , OPEN HEAVEN SITTING UNDER RIGHT NOW
  3. YOUR WORSHIP SET THE ATMOSPHERE FOR MIRACLES

THE PURPOSE AND NEED FOR THE SHIFT

  1. WALKING INTO YOUR SONSHIP

ROMANS 8:19

  1. For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. (Romans 8:19 AMP)
  2. For the creation (nature) was subjected to frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the Will of Him who so subjected it — [yet] with the hope   (Romans 8:20 AMP)
  3. That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God’s children. (Romans 8:21 AMP)
  4. We know that the whole creation [of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now.   (Romans 8:22 AMP)
  5. And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the first fruits of the [Holy] Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God’s sons.  (Romans 8:23 AMP)

CONCLUSION

PURPOSED BY GOD, PURPOSED BY GOD, PURPOSED BY GOD SAID UNTIL IT GETS INTO YOUR SPIRIT. PURPOSED BY GOD, PURPOSED BY GOD, PURPOSED BY GOD, YOUR WORSHIP AND PRAISE WILL SHIFT ATMOSPHERES, TILL THE HEAVENS ARE OPEN — TO BRING THE UNDESIRABLES TO A DESIRABLE PLACE.

  • THE BREAKTHROUGH HEALINGS FOR THOSE WHO THOUGHT HEALING WAS IMPOSSIBLE.
  • BREAKING YOKES – RELEASING PEOPLE INTO THE FREEDOM.
  • BREAKING CHAINS THAT HAVE PEOPLE BOUND — SETTING THE CAPTIVES FREE.
  • YOUR WORSHIP WILL SET ATMOSPHERIC CLIMATE CHANGES.
  • WORSHIP IT NOT JUST MUSIC — IT IS THE TEMPO THAT I CALLED AND TELL GOD ALL THAT I KNOW HE IS AND WHEN THAT RUNS OUT THERE IS AN UNTAPPED RESEVIOR OR A RIVER THAT FLOWS FROM THE THRONE ROOM OF GOD.
  • MY TONGUES RELEASES MY INTENT OF MY HEART TOWARDS GOD.
  • MY TONGUES RELEASES A LANGUAGE THAT HE (GOD) INTERPRETS.
  • MY MOUTH SHALL GIVE HIM THE HONOR DUE UNTO A HOLY GOD.
  • I WILL BLESS HIM, I WILL LIFT HIM, I WILL EMBRACE HIS WILL FOR MY LIFE.
  • I WILL TAKE HIS WORD OVER ME, RATHER THAN WHAT PEOPLE SAY.
  • I WILL WALK IN HIS WAYS, I LOVE THE WAY HE MOVES ME, I LOVE THE WAY HE CAUSES MY ATMOSPHERE TO CHANGE.
  • I LOVE THAT HE PUT SPEED ON ME, TO CAUSE ME TO CATCH UP.
