Pastor Margaret Mullens
Pastor Margaret Mullens is an anointed preacher and vocalist who is advancing the Kingdom for the Lord. She currently serves as a Staff Associate Pastor of the exciting Open Door Church Ministries in Sheffield, Alabama. She works diligently under the leadership of her mother, Dr. Laura M. Thompson. Pastor Margaret labors in her local assembly in the capacity of Women’s Pastor and also as a Praise and Worship Leader.
She is married to Pastor Daniel C. Mullens and they are the parents to six children which include a set of quadruples. Pastor Margaret and Pastor Daniel work as Real Estate Agents servicing the Shoals and surrounding areas. Pastor Margaret is a 1995 graduate of Alabama A&M University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. She also completed graduate work at Alabama A&M receiving a Master in Secondary Education with a concentration in mathematics.
Pastor Margaret is gainfully employed at Colbert County High School where she teaches 7th grade math, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus and Dual Enrollment classes for the Mathematics Department for the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama. Pastor Margaret also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of North Alabama for over 9 years. She is so thrill to be pursuing her doctoral degree from Grand Canyon University. In 2018, Pastor Margaret will have earned her EDD in Educational.
